Numerous MDDA and DBSA groups meet in the New England area, usually on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.The list below reflects our best information at this time. Assorted Varies Depression and manic-depression support groups meet in Danbury, Farmington, Naugatuck, Norwich, Orange, Portland, Stratford, Wallingford, and Windsor. General mental health groups for those with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and/or relationship problems meet in Danbury (women only), Meriden, Waterbury/Mattatuck, and West Hartford.
